I have my graph tree ordered into hosts, some hosts may have 15 graphs under them, if i add a new graph it ends up at the bottom. If i want this graph to be at the top i have to use the move up link 14 times to get it up there, it would be good if there was an option to put it in a specific order, even a move to top or bottom option would be good.

I second this request. I really like the way Webmin does the Linux Firewall rule addition. There are two sets of arrows. One set moves the entry up or down in the stack, and the other set is sort of an "insert rule here" set, so you can add a rule above or below any given entry.
