Fresh install cactireports not working

I installed a fresh CentOS4.4, cact.0.8.6i, the cacti plugin architecture, cactireports (unoffical 0.3), rrdtool 1.2.15, perl-rrdtool 1.2.15 rpm'd versions and I still can't generate any reports.

After I run the poller I get

No report definitions found for RRA ID --start at ./runReports.pl line 154

The plugin tables in mysql are empty.

egarnel posted the same problem as I am having on Tue Mar 21, 2006 4:44 pm.

Then on Tue Mar 21, 2006 8:49 pm seemed to resolve it but never mentioned what he did to fix it.

Can anyone provide some input ?
