Is it possible to get device / host / link update time time along with Latency, bandwidth usage graph. For exampl we get daily, weekly, monthly and yearly interface usage report. Can we also get daily, weekly, monthly and yearly up time report?

Sure, there should at least be two to three contribs at Scripts and Templates forum
