thold 0.3.4 is only working on some of my devices

I have successfully created a threshold template and am trying to assign it to several devices.

In the devices page I check off multiple devices and select "Assign Threshold" from the pulldown and click GO.

I see all devices listed in the confirmation page and press Yes. Now on the threshold page, I only see the first device listed.

I'd like to include more helpful information but am unsure where to look. Please let me know what info I can provide in order to track down the root of this problem.
