Problem with reportIT

Hi all,
i have a problem with reportIt.
When i create a report and run it the result is ok. When i try to create the csv i obtain this error ' Write permission denied - Check your system configuration' ....
Where are the wrong permissions (which is the folder)?
Anyone of us have obtained this error yet?

Hi Sam,

the folder is called "csv" under reportit/exports. The webserver needs write access to create the csv file.

Thanks Andreas! It works.

But now i have another problem .... when i tried to copy all settings of Data Items from the first to each others .... the result is bad. All the prameters (Shifttime (from - to) Weekdays (from - to) Time Zone) are resetted to 'NO VALUE'.
I must set the sem value for almost 500 data .... help me please!
