1st time using plugin...what to fill in for high threshold?

Hi,

I've installed thold and all seems ok..
I'd like to enable and test on a few network device interfaces,
with varying link speeds...

what would I enter for high threshold value?
a percentage ?
Or would I have to manually calculate the value for each given link?
ie 95% of a 45Mbps link = etcetetc, 95% of a T1 link =... .

I'm assuming I can just use 0 for the low threshold, since I'd always be getting positive values...
