upgrade from 0.8.2a to 0.8.3

I just made an upgrade from the version 0.8.2a to 0.8.3
Allmost everything looks ok! But I get message:

Notice: Undefined index: REQUEST_URI in C:\MRTG\cacti\include\functions.php on line 1253

at the upper part of the cacti screen!?

What could be the problem?

Are you using IIS as your webserver? I have a feeling this may be the culprit. I need to find the IIS equivilant of $_SERVER["REQUEST_URI"].
