Hi,
I have a file with name test20070827 (name and date, so name varied on day basis) and I want check if this file is updated in the last 5 minutes..
I have idea to check timestamp of file: if timestamp is equal at the previus check, something is wrong is occurred.. but how make this check via snmp? I want use cacti, because I go to check more other thing.. the machine 'client' is Windows XP...

Some ideas?

This sounds like the job of a batch/vbscript/perl/etc script -- not SNMP (unless you want to write some program that attaches itself to the Windows snmp agent).
