Hi,
nice thing, this cacti - I'd like to use it productive in our company - if I'd get it to work.
Everything works fine in the console tab. When switching to graphs tab, I see my graph only the first time after starting apache.
When navigating back and forth, suddenly the browser (IE 6 SP1) freezes and I get no more graphs and can't go back to console tab. Sometimes the logout link works, but in c:\tmp I see remaining session files which are locked.
The only remedy is to restart apache.

Is this still the php cgi Problem I read about in the list ?
Or is something else wrong with apache / php settings ?

I use cacti 0.8.3a, php4.3.3, apache1.3.23 on Win XP workstation.

update: same story with freshly installed apache 2.0.47 and mysql3.23.57, get a hanging browser with the first click on the graph tab, session won't quit after killing browser, apache has to be restarted.

Hi I have the same problem with my Cati! It is importand how you use the php under Apache. When I've used PHP in Apache als module I've the same problem, now I change it, and use PHP als CGI and all work perfectly!!!

Can you specify how to change from module to CGI?
