Making graph tree selection an option in host template

Hello,

Now that there is an option to add a host to a graph tree, next logical step would be to include an option of doing so during new polling host creation.

This way we could create a polling host, all data sources and graphs, and place the graphs into the right tree - all with a single routine.

I'm a service provider, and I add/remove subscribers on a constant basis.
Usually, the standard procedure is to add a host, and then to add it (or it's graphs) to one or more trees.
Templates has already greatly reduced amount of work needed to put a new subscriber in - this feature would make it even more perfect!
