TimeZone setting within Cacti internal, rather than relying on the hosts TZ data.
I have my hosts set to GTC, but would like the cacti graphs to show up as EST. |

| Ideally I think the timezone should be set by user login. I believe you can change the timezone RRDTool uses by changing the TZ environment variable. |

If you wanted to do this temporarily you can prefix your RRDTool Binary Path with 'export TZ=EST; ' (minus the 's).
This may affect other things but I doubt it. |

| I can probably write a plugin to do this in 0.8.7 and have it set per user. I will see if I have time. |
