TimeZone setting within Cacti internal, rather than relying on the hosts TZ data.

I have my hosts set to GTC, but would like the cacti graphs to show up as EST.

Ideally I think the timezone should be set by user login. I believe you can change the timezone RRDTool uses by changing the TZ environment variable.

If you wanted to do this temporarily you can prefix your RRDTool Binary Path with 'export TZ=EST; ' (minus the 's).

This may affect other things but I doubt it.

I can probably write a plugin to do this in 0.8.7 and have it set per user. I will see if I have time.
