Bugger - confirmed
Had a hunch I must've overlooked something simple - not sure how I managed to overwrite the 0.8.7 version though.
Replaced the XML with 0.8.7 version but didn't fix the problem - will wipe and rerun the upgrade from scratch (in case this isn't the only file I broke) and reply again shortly.

OK I started the upgrade again from scratch, but had the same problem. I then tried just installing anew (clean cacti dir as per zip contents only; dropped and recreated the cacti DB) and adding just this one new host, creating a couple of graphs and the problem occurred again ie.

10/27/2007 10:50:23 PM - CMDPHP: Poller[0] Host[2] DS[11] SERVER: c:\inetpub\wwwroot\cacti\scripts\ss_host_disk.php ss_host_disk 10.0.0.1 2 2:1611:500:public:::MD5::DES: get total 5, output: 0

I again tried replacing the ssh_host_disk and query_host_partitions scripts with the ones posted earlier, but they still have the same result.

Incidentally I was able to set up an outbound NAT+PAT rule for testing so the machine running Cacti could then talk using the standard port; the graphs started working straight away. Have you had any reports of others running 0.8.7, successfully being able to use disk graphs on a host they poll using a nonstandard SNMP port?

I have done a fresh install of 0.8.7 and I have no disk statistics.. This worked under 8.6. I have replaced my .php files with those from the earlier posts.

I have Cacti running on Windows 2003 under Apache.

Anything I can do to help?

Confirmed fixed for me too - my broken disk/mem graphs started working immediately after I started using P0rter's modified ss_host_disk.php - no other action required.
I also checked all my "normal" disk/memory graphs just to be 100% sure, all are still working correctly.

Thanks to Witness for working on the problem, and P0rter for supplying the fix!

HI,

I have still problems....updated
-query_host_cpu.php
-query_host_partitions.php
-ss_host_disk.php

running on cacti 0.87 (CactiEZ). When I create a new device I cannot get any partition and drive information - from an old running cacti I have no problems - so we can exclude host prolems.....

Here is the verbose query:

+ Running data query [8].
+ Found type = '6 '[script query].
+ Found data query XML file at '/var/www/html/resource/script_server/host_disk.xml'
+ XML file parsed ok.
+ Executing script for list of indexes '/usr/bin/php -q /var/www/html/scripts/ss_host_disk.php s0000935.ecdomain.net pkg-de-rheinau 2 6 index'
+ Executing script query '/usr/bin/php -q /var/www/html/scripts/ss_host_disk.php s0000935.ecdomain.net pkg-de-rheinau 2 6 query index'

+ Executing script query '/usr/bin/php -q /var/www/html/scripts/ss_host_disk.php s0000935.ecdomain.net pkg-de-rheinau 2 6 query sau'
+ Executing script query '/usr/bin/php -q /var/www/html/scripts/ss_host_disk.php s0000935.ecdomain.net pkg-de-rheinau 2 6 query total'
+ Found data query XML file at '/var/www/html/resource/script_server/host_disk.xml'
+ Found data query XML file at '/var/www/html/resource/script_server/host_disk.xml'
