If you mean one arrow (instead of the normal two), then it's coming in 0.94.
Otherwise, what do you mean by halfarrow?

Aaah OK. I've never really looked at WM4RRD.
Personally I find that style of arrow harder to read, but you are not the first to ask for it. You are also not the 1000th, so it's not too high priority but it is on the list
