if you want to monitor remote servers you need to grant to cacti poller user account and web server user account ADMINISTRATOR RIGHTS OR NEXT PERMISSIONS:

if remote server runs Windows 2003:
- add to group "Performance monitor users"
- add to group "Distributed COM Users"
- Grant "REMOTE ENABLE" and "ENABLE ACCOUNT" rights to WMI subtree named CIMV2 (see screenshot)

if remote server runs Windows 2000
- grant read rights to registry key HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurePipeServers\Winreg
- Grant "REMOTE ENABLE" and "ENABLE ACCOUNT" rights to WMI subtree named CIMV2 (see screenshot)

I wrote a tool that can automate operations for granting cacti poller user account permissions to get WMI requests

If you find any error please post it here!

PS. I have updated archive on first page

Try to change "RRDTool Utility Version" in settings tab.

Btw... thank you for the details of WMI security, the lack of those settings probably explains why some other WMI remote scripts are not working.

Thanks for sharing the info and your WMI permissions scripts as well as this disk performance script.

changing the RRDtool setting to 1.0 breaks all my other graphs, and setting it to 1.2 breaks this graph.

In the graph template if i change the auto-scale option to Use --alt-autoscale (ignoring given limits)
then it works fine.
