I'm running the following:
Cacti Version 0.8.7a
Cacti OS windows 2003
SNMP Version net-snmp
RRDTool Version RRDTool 1.2.x
PHP Version 5.2.5
Under the mail/dns "tab" in Settings, i add the releveant SMTP information and when i click "send a test email" I get a pop up that says access denied. I'm logged in as the admin account so I should have all the necessary permissions. i did go to user management to make sure everything looked good and it did. any ideas?

| My guess is that your SMTP server does not allow relay from your CACTI host. Failing that, does your account have access to all files in CACTI ?

This is a plugin issue, not cacti. Moving.
Make sure that user has rights granted to that plugin in user manager.

I double checked my realm permissions for the user and admin has rights to everything.
I've attached a screenshot for reference purposes
