Alert notification to Google Talk ( jabber ), MSN and Yahoo

I need a plugin for emergency alerts to notify customers of my instant client (IM)

When you exceed the limit determined, generate an alert by sending a message to my Google Talk, Yahoo or MSN messenger.

Does anyone know where I can find a plugin with this feature of notification in instant messaging?

I'm realizing that this forum is only for questions, because nobody answered nothing.

Someone heard about the existence of this tool?
