Is this necessary?(i18n patch for 0.8.7b)

Hi all,

I challenged the internationalization of Cacti.
I made it again based on 0.8.7b though there was the similar one in archive-0.9 of SVN.
The difference with SVN becomes as follows:
1. installer is translatable.
2. not use locales/xx/LC_MESSAGES (It is collectively stored in languages folder)
3. set own language in global.php (it defined CACTILANG)
4. translate function is not _(). (use l10n.php for WordPress, __ngettext() , __() or _e().)

EDIT:
I completed applying this patch to the revision 4593 of SVN.
but, some sqls wasn't working well.
