Nagios plugin, graph path is not correct

http://servername/cacti/plugins/npc is the npc plugin path

When I try to associate a Map Graph to somethign using NPC i can pick the graph but i get a red X. The path of the red X is, http://servername/graph_image.php....etc , its taking out the /cacti/

Why?
