Hy,

my cacti works fine since yesterday. Since this time I can't add graphs to the Treefolders.

When I agreed to build the graph in a destination branch I only get a withe screen and nothing happens.
IN the Errorlog isn`t a notice what happened...

Someone please help me.

the error is

"Error: Save Failed."

And in Error log which is pulled into debug mode there's nothing to read about that event.

That's strange; it's working for me. Perhaps, this happens only under certain conditions. To which tree did you try to add the graphs?

It doesn't matter to wich tree I want to add it. And sometimes it works. If I try it 20 times sometimes it works the 21st time.
I can't locate the problem. May I install an older version of Cacti?
How can I protect my Data in this case`?

There's no officially supported way to downgrade.
Please activate GUI debugging from SETTINGS. Then, please allow your httpd's user to update cacti.log. Now, please again add graph to a tree and find the log infos for that change. Post those logs, please

It takes several minuts an than the message is shown.

I put the log in the debugmode, and there are to much messages written down, like blue, grey, orange, white, etc.
Which ones are the important? Because I've to elte all IP adresses first.

To be honest, I don't know. This problem is new to me, so I need all information available. Surely, you may delete all IP@; there's no need for them

Yes I do

I have't done anything, but the error is gone .. now I only recive the "Error save failed" again...

I changed my log in debug mode, but there isn't an entry in the time when I try to add the graph into the Tree.

all 5 minuts new graphs get generated and this are the only entrys ...
I tried it in the time between specially.
