Hi,

I've been using cacti for a while, and now whenever I add a host, the interface graph that I ask for doesn't work.

When I go in graph management, click on the graph, then turn on debug mode, I get:

RRDTool Says:

ERROR: opening '/var/www/cacti/rra/server_traffic_in_1657.rrd': No such file or directory

I've tried everything that seemed relevant here: http://docs.cacti.net/node/283

but it is still not working.

The permissions are ok.

Check your poller cache, are there entries there? What happens when you login as the poller user and run the command by hand?

Code:
php -q poller.php -f

Yes, there are entries for these graphs in the poller cache, in fact they're even there twice.

php -q poller.php -f gives something like this (I cut some of the OK u.xx s: x.xx r.xx at top)

Code:
OK u:0.01 s:0.02 r:2.16
OK u:0.01 s:0.02 r:2.16
OK u:0.01 s:0.02 r:2.16

Anyone has an idea of what could be wrong?

I can't add any new interface graphs, but all current graphs are working ok. If I create another kind of interface (like in/out bits + total bandwidth), it works ok. Only Interface - Traffic (bits/sec) graph doesn't work.

Please let me know if you need more info.
