Importing years of old MRTG history

Hey wizzards

Recently I installed cacti, but I still have years of old mrtg information I would very much like to keep, and import in my cacti if possible.
Now I know you can convert existing mrtg logs to .rrd files with rrdtool, so thats not a real problem, but how do I get these .rrd logs in my cacti ?
