I am trying to connect to my browser to start cacti but I get 403 Forbidden Error and when I check my log file I get
[error] [client 127.0.0.1] (13)Permission denied: access to /cacti denied
I have set file permissions properly accoring to the installation guide, my rra and log files are cactiuser and all others are just log.
Could it have something to do with [client 127.0.0.1] should this be my IP address, or is there something else.

Please, I am stuck on these permission errors so any help is greatly appreciated!!!

Seems to be a httpd.conf issue.
