Aggregate plugin not showing in Graph Management

Hi There! I've just installed the Aggregate plugin. System info below. However I can't get the aggregate graph option to appear in Graph Management.

I followed the install for v0.66 to the last detail and have edited my config.php file as suggested to activate the plugin. I also copied the aggregate folder to the plugin directory.

Any help would be much appreciated!
