Hello,
I'm new to mactrack. I've got a couple of Nortel boxes.
I added them to mactack and they appear to be polling. But somehow there are no user ports in UP state. What might be the problem?

I use get_norbay_switch_ports and get_standard_arp_table.
Devices are:
ERS-8606 (4.1.3.0), ObjectID: .1.3.6.1.4.1.2272.31
5520-48T-PWR HW:01 FW:5.0.0.3 SW:v5.0.5.021, ObjectID: .1.3.6.1.4.1.45.3.59.2

thanks in advance,
airwalk

Look's like the norbay scanner needs an upgrade. However, you should run the scanner in debug manually and post it for other to see. You can edit out the confidential part.
