If anybody has any handy Linux scripts that can monitor CPU usage of other linux machines it would be greatly appreciated if you could post them in this thread. Been struggling with trying to monitor CPU usage on RH machines some time now.

Why not use the same script on the remote machine and make the remote machine to listen on a port you like to output it to (/etc/services & /etc/inetd.conf).
On the cacti machine : make a script that opens the port on the remote and grabs its output...
I'm still migrating from mrtg to cacti, so I don't have mine ready yet....
