Hello,
Here is the modified script to work with the PHP Script Server. It should accelerate the NBAR script by approximately 6-20 times. Please following the PHP Script Server instructions in the manual to convert your existing scripts.
The function name is ss_nbar_all.

Does anyone have an example of data and graph templates to use for this?
Thanks,
Roddie

Do search on this forum by keyword "NBAR" and you will find archive in one of the treads.

Larry,
I'm probably missing something obvious in the process, but after installing the modified script and making the required changes to the script query, data query, and data templates, I'm not getting any data back from a query.
When I test the script manually using the script server, I get no output.
| Code: | p3fmsa01:/usr/local/apache/htdocs/cacti/resource/script_server# php /usr/local/apache/htdocs/cacti/script_server.php
PHP Script Server has Started - Parent is cmd
/usr/local/apache/htdocs/cacti/scripts/ss_nbar_all.php ss_nbar_all hostname community 1 index
p3fmsa01:/usr/local/apache/htdocs/cacti/resource/script_server# |
The original script seems to work fine (though slow).

Roddie,
I can fix it, I just don't have an nbar to point it at. Maybe you can assist via e-mail.
