Hi everybody,

I was wondering if it's possible to create a map with the day average values.

So, the plugin look for the values between 7:00 and 18:00 (a day shift) and then make an average calculation over the day and show the corresponding color in the link.

Is something like this possible? it would be really great

I already checked and found the animated maps, but it isn't really what I'm looking for (even if it seems to be fun :p)

Thanks,

Gilles

I've been thinking for some time about making a DS plugin for weathermap that allows arbitrary CDEFs, and uses the rrdtool xport option rather than fetch. That would let you do quite a few more manipulations than the default rrdtool plugin. I don't know if it will do averages over an arbtrary period though... it's been a while since I played with CDEF.
