MacTrack is not finding the MAC addresses of my equipment.?


Where should I start?


I am able to get all the IP addresses or atleast when I select devices I get a number under IP addresses.

I was at one time able to see MAC addresses and the ports they were on but that stoped.

I can provide all snmp info and would like to know if there is any good documentation on what and how to get started using MACTrack
