Does pre-0.8.6 versions includes already patches for 0.8.5 ?

are the important patches for 0.8.5 already included in the last beta versions of 0.8.6 ??

included patches in the latest beta are these:
http://www.raxnet.net/downloads/cacti/patches/0.8.5/

With a little bit of patience you can maybe download a new release 0.8.5a because raX is working on it

Prepping 0.8.5a is on my ever expanding list of things to do for tomorrow so we'll see how that goes. This version is strictly bug fixes, so I don't anticipate many problems cropping up.
