Is there a way to store these multiple different OIDs in a single RRD file and THEN graph them on a single graph? I don't like an idea having a seperate RRD file for each unique OID since rrd-tool allows storing multiple OIDs in a single rrd file.

IMHO there's no problem using a single OID per rrd file. Cacti gathers all of them together. But there's no need to do so if you don't like it. See my answer in the other thread
