Hi Howie,
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
I've tried that new 'setup.php', but it doesn't seem to work.
From the debug log (attached) it looks like weathermap doesn't run and actually the poller task dies after the first minute, so also breaks the 1-minute polling.
All I did was replace the existing file in /plugins/weathermap/
?

 Then I'd say wait for 0.96, I'm afraid. I'll try and let you know when there's a test release ready.
