Help Request: thold; no template

I am cross referencing with the readme file within the thold zip file, and informs me to goto "Data Sources" and select the device you want and from the drop down menu, choose the thold template however, no template from thold is there. Am I looking in the right place? I want to utilize thold for cpu spikes within as/400.
