Graph problem: No such file or directory

i am new in cacti .
The graph can not be seen with a red cross .when i turn on graph debug mode ,i get the following:

ERROR: opening '/usr/local/apache/htdocs/cacti/rra/3750-1_traffic_in_26.rrd': No such file or directory

And when i try to run "php poller.php" by hand ,it work
with warning as below:

Warning: pclose(): 58 is not a valid stream resource in /usr/local/apache/htdocs/cacti/lib/rrd.php on line 57

The cacti log file shows :

i know there is something wrong with my php . but i have no idea how to solve it .i need your help...
