can Cacti run normally with xampp server????
if are there special steps for the instalation of Cacti with xampp server please tell me how to.

A word from the wise - don't run CACTI under XAMPP ! Too many dependencies, and there are THREE php.ini files ! If you really want an "all-in-one" solution, go for WAMP, as it's much more stable.
