Problems importing templates

I'm trying to import templates downloaded from the Scripts & Templates forum.

I've looked through documentation and the forums but can't seem to find a guide for importing them.

I've tried just importing them through the web interface but this doesn't appear to be enough as the expected graph options are not displaying?

How do I determine what should be done with the XML files?

Download the template to a local file. Import this file, then. That's it. Make sure to perform all additional steps (depending on the template, a script might be required)
