Import csv-files to cacti

Hi,

I receive once a day a csv-files with reporting data from a software router (red hat). The file looks like:

Time,Port,Troughput

00:00,80,120
00:00, 8080, 10,
01:00, 80, 139
..........

23:00, 8080, 2

Also I receive files (same structure) with 20.000 lines.

Can somebody tell me how I can import this in cacti to graph it?
