Hi,
I'm new to this world of monitoring.
I have Cacti working just fine now.

I have the latest CactiEZ version installed.

I want to install NPC (Nargios).
I downloaded the file and now i have to put it in the correct folder via WinSCP. But i canot find the /cacti/plugin/ folder.

Can someone tel me the path to the plugin folder.

I guess when i copy the file "Download" (around 9 megs) to the correct folder i should find in Cacti under "Plugin management" and in tab "Uninstalled" the file to install??

Thx in advanced

No - you need to install the Plugin Architecture first, before plugins will work. Plugins are not a standard part of Cacti (yet - they will be soon).

This is one of those things where "I guess" is no substitute for reading the readme/install notes.

OK i'm sorry i did not read the manual.
But i did now

I flowed the manual of Plugin Architecture
Still they ask were the default cacti install folder is located.
"Drop the patch into your cacti directory, and then use this command on unix
to patch your cacti files."

But i cannot find the default folder of cacti.

If you are using the CactiEZ CD, then the plugin architecture is already installed.
