Hello,

I have been trying to add some cacti graphs for stratacom eq. The OID's start with 1.3.6.1.4.1.351.100.4.2.1.2. I have created a proper data source so that i can snmpwalk the stratacom, but i cannot get any graphs produced. Has anyone had such problem with stratacom eq and cacti before?

Thanks in advance

Did you create a data template or just a data source with the OID(s) hardcoded in? If the latter, then its likely you didn't use the correct OID. Enable debugging logging in cacti for a cycle and see what the error(s) are.

For Data template, i used the existing Interface-Traffic one. Should it not work?

In the 'create graphs for this host' screen, do you see valid data for your stratacom device? If so, enable debugging logging in cacti for a polling cycle. Do you see cacti returning valid data from your stratacom device?

Thanks a lot, but I need another help to install them.

Rar file contains 5 files:

I've imported 3 files using import templates utility:
cacti_data_query_snmp
cacti_data_template_igx_trunk_traffic.xml
cacti_graph_template_igx_trunk_traffic_bitssec.xml

After the import I received some error of unmet dependencies. on some lines.
Did you select include dependencies during the export process ?

Anyway copied others 2 under resource/snmp_queries directory

After this I created manually 2 query pointing it to cacti_data_query_snmp_interface_statistics and to IGX_port Interface

but I think there is something wrong because graphs are not plotted and cacti_data query is not providing me any results.

And what's about frameRelay ? I saw that there is another oid where there are fr interfaces
.1.3.6.1.4.1.351.100.4.2.4.1.1.9

Can you help me step by step ?

thanks a lot

i made these templates 3 years ago while i was using IGX in my company so i barely remember what i did!!!
anyway i will try to help as much as i can..
u only have to do is to import the files
cacti_data_query_snmp_interface_statistics_igx.xml
cacti_data_template_igx_trunk_traffic.xml
cacti_graph_template_igx_trunk_traffic_bitssec.xml
and copy the other 2 files to resource/snmp_queries

in "Data Queries" go to "SNMP - Interface Statistics - IGX" and in "In/Out Bits - IGX" correct the Data Source fields.

.1.3.6.1.4.1.351.100.4.2.4.1.1.9 is oid to graph fr ports on IGX

Thx a lot Manaf, but I receive an error importing templates.
Omitted dependencies.

This could be due to different version of Cacti or maybe you not selected including dependencies during export.

I will work on xml to try to find where is the problem.

If you can, can you export them again ?

Thanks a lot
Chris
