We need to monitore a web page (80, 443) just to check if this is live or not, its possible to monitor with Cacti? Some plugin or script?

Have a look at Plugins General=>Manage

This plugin is capable of monitoring ports (you will also need the port template for this, which can be found in the Scripts and Templates forum)
