My Cacti is generating graphs with no numberic data so please go through the below attached files and let me know where I'm doing wrong.

Check that the rrdtool font path is correct, and that the font file actually exists.

Edit: Sorry, just saw that in your screenshot. Permissions then? Is it the correct rrdtool version (1.2 vs 1.0)? Is it 1.2.28 (there is a thread about problems with that - either move to 1.2.28+patches, or 1.2.27)
