R40 : In debug more display stderr of rrdtool executable

Hello,

Thanks a lot for including the exact command of RRD tool executed
Would it be possible also to have in the log stderr
Currently we think it is OK sometimes but we have some errors
Now I go back to my problem still don't undestrand why the RRD file is not filled in

I have no error in the log (after template the dsnmae is missing)
