leaf grouping for host in a tree

this is a ptach that add somethig i call leaf grouping to the tree.
what id does is to group the leafs when you are in expand host in tree mode and the host grouping is query index (think about a switch with more then 100 interfaces) it will put every $max_leafs leafs in a new branch (look on the picture) this way the list of interfaces are something you can work with
you can configure how meny leaf are in each group with $max_leafs ( I think it will be good to let the user to config this value)
