When configuring/compiling cactid-0.8.6 on Red Hat AS 3 (x86), I received an complaint about 'libcrypto' not being installed after issuing "$ ./configure".

I installed openssl-devel (openssl-devel-0.9.7a-33.12) to resolve this issue.

I added openssl-devel to the list of cactid prerequisites:
