OK I made a new graph that grabed the number of IIS connections. OK it is getting the information however in my system it is showing like 40 people online but there is this annoying little m next to the number. How do I get rid of that m???

This "annoying little m" means mili... so it's not 40 it is 0.04 . This may be caused by misconfigured data source and may show users count change rate instead. For users online you should use GAUGE not COUNTER.

Umm I tried changing it to gauge and still not good... I had it set to absolute... cause I want the absolute number returned. I tried counter and still not right. Something isn't configured correctly. Can someone either help me figure out what I did wrong is making this graph or give me directions or a URL on how to add graphs like HTTP request from IIS or CPU usage and stuff via SNMP....

How did you grab the number of IIS connections? Can you post the script or whatever?
