red X on graphs

I got php working and I click on add snmp device. It searches all the interfaces. I click on Make Graph for the interface I want. But no go. I have the crontab working properly. I can run php cmd.php > /dev/null 2>& and I don't get any errors. And also their is no files in the rra folder under cacti. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Now i'm getting this when i run php cmd.php

php cmd.php

Check that mysqld is running on -u and that the port is 3306.
You can check this by doing 'telnet -u 3306'
