Just a suggestion for a future version of THOLD maybe.
At this time, you have a "Trigger Count"

Number of consecutive times the data source must be in breach of the threshold for an alert to be raised.
Leave empty to use default value (Default: 1 cycles)


Unfortunatly, the threshold is RESET only when ONE poll is below the threshold. You should be able to specify a reset trigger count also,
like: we must have 3 pollings BELOW the threshold before it is reset.....

Better : have x exceeded thold in y polls.
This way you could send an alert if something like a link load have exceeded a specific bandwith several times in a day.
