Cannot Display/Refresh page after adding SNMP Interface

Hello, I'm adding a new SNMP Interface, but when I click Save, I get an error from the browser saying that the page cannot be displayed. The entry is added correctly to the database but I don't have any of the data of the inetrface. I tried manually executing snmpwalk and snmpget and it works fine. This was working fine before, I just reinstall everything again and now I get this error. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
