[Help] can t enter cacti

Hello all,

Here is what I can see when I want to access cacti with my browser:

raXnet cacti (about)"); DrawMatrixRowEnd(); DrawMatrixTableEnd(); include_once ("include/bottom_footer.php"); ?>

I m even not asked for my username/password.
I guess it s kinda PHP code lines (dunno PHP yet).
I use RedHat 8.0
Apache 2.0.40
PHP 4.2.2
MySQL 3.23.54a
net-snmp 5.0.7
rrdtool 1.0.41

and I use Internet Explorer 5 on a win 98 PC as a client to access cacti because I have a graphic board problem with my Linux server so I can t use Xwindows.
I hope you can help me.
