** Hide Graphs from graphs.php when added to a tree **

I added this myself but would be nice to see in a release of Cacti, a link under the "Graph Management" link to hide/unhide graphs that have already been added to a "Graph Tree". because once you have hundreds of graphs it starts to get hard to remember what you just added to a tree. this fixes that problem altogether.

My Edit doesnt work perfectly however, the problem I have no fix is once an item is hidden from the graph list, it doesnt make the next page of graphs move up,(trying to explain better) if I have 20 graphs on page 1 and 20 on page 2, after say 10 are hidden on page 1, there will still be 10 on page 1 and 20 on page two, they dont move up
I can live with this problem for now but if you find the time to do this I'm sure many other people would find it very useful.
