Doubled items in main console window?

I've got a small issue after bringing in an old cacti dump into a new cacti db...the items in each of the console categories (e.g. Graph Setup, Data Gathering, etc) is doubled. For example, under Graph Setup I get two listings for Graphs, two Graph Hierarchy, two Colors, etc. all the way to the bottom with two Logout User.

Any idea what I might do to fix this? I was trying to read the php files to figure out how this stuff gets created, but I guess I can't read php that well.
